Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, with safety seals intact.
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used CBD vape products.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. Sometimes it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
